Introduction

I have decided to make a family romantic comedy. The movie starts off with a 16 year old couple, Mark and Sarah, who are sitting in Sarah's livingroom. She is just telling Mark about how upset she is about her parents splitting up, before she gets a phonecall from her mum. She was saying she is coming home soon with her new boyfriend, that she want her to meet. Sarah get very upset because this means that the chance of getting her parents back together has decreased.

When they get there the mum's new boyfriend turns out to be Mark's father. They're all in shock, except from Sarah's mum who is very confused because she doesn't know whats going on. Sarah and Mark gets very upset because this means that they're now stepbrother and sister.

In the end, Sarah manage to talk her mum into splitting up with Mark`s dad so they coul be together in stead. Sarah's mum and dad ends up going back to eachother. Mark feel sorry for his dad so he gets him to go see a counciler who turns out to be the live of his life.

I was thinking of choosing Jennifer Aniston to play Sarah`s mother and Vince Vaughn to play Mark`s father. I think Scarlett Johannson would be a good actress to play the counseller.

Both Jennifer Aniston and Vince Vaughn played in The Break-up and Jennifer Aniston also pleyed in The Bounty Hunter.

Promotion and Marketing

Jennifer Anniston films are usually advertised on big bill boards so i think that`s appropriate for this film as well. I was also thinking of making a short advert to show on tv that would show a few of the best parts of the movie that would make people want to come and see it.
