Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to the full product?
- using convergence with different media, linking movies to music and others
- distribution and how it has a big role in movie production also with global institutions such as sony time warner
- ways of marketing a product eg. using adverts to promote your product using interviews with actors producers and directors,using posters,trailers,promoting it in festivals and also making screening before the movie is distributed.
- time management in making of the movie for example with our production we had 2 months to make and finalise the editing
- brainstorming and generating new ideas in this category i learned how to think of new ideas for my movie such as different genres.
- ideas about genre and about horror intro generally research into the genre also the importance of sound creation of ominous atmosphere, creation of suspense in everyday settings
- directing actors and getting the right mise-en-scene.

Questionnaire (Audience research) after screening
After editing the movie introduction, we had a small screening for a few people. After that, we got the audience to fill in a questionnaire and we got several different opinions. There were a few things they thought we should change such as making some scenes brighter, changing the corridor scene, making the sound clearer, changing the duration of the background music.

- Do you think the 'mysterious person in the corridor' is a good idea? 80%-yes
- Do you think we need to change that cut a bit? 60%-yes
- Do you find the piano instrumental scary in a way that it fits the genre? 95%-yes
- Do you think the sound and lighting is good? 75%- yes
- Do you think the camera work is good? 70%-yes
